The development process in the UK is a conveybelt process from project inception through to project delivery.

Our role is to take each client along that conveyor belt and assist them from their point of entry to their point of exit.

We can assist and advice clients to access at their chosen point, identify points of exit, and step-off at their desired point depending on their specific requirements.

The process

3. Design From feasibility scheme through the detailed design work
4. Technical due Diligence Highways, access, flood risk, drainage, utilities, ecology, archaeology, noise
5. Legal Due Diligence Legal restrictions and constraints. Rights of Way, neighbouring land ownerships
6. Planning Manage consultant team to secure planning permission. Community engagement. Pre-application process
7. Acquisition Work with funders and lawyers to acquire site.
8. Development Management Manage pre-construction process. Work with chosen consultants to manage development process.
9. Disposals Identifying potential purchasers, route to market, marketing, bid assessment, legal inspection.
